What we can help with

• Editorial and partnership questions.

What we cannot help with

We cannot answer questions about your own health, your symptoms, your medication or whether something is safe for you. Those questions belong to a physician who can examine you and knows your history. If you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

Orders and refunds

We do not sell or ship anything. If you bought a product from a company you found through a link on this site, that order, its shipping and its refund are handled by that company. Their contact details are on the receipt they sent you.
